2 MINIMUM EFFICIENT SCALE

Размер предприятия, при котором достигаются наименьшие средние долгосрочные издержки роизводства. На графике - это точка на кривой средних издержек фирмы в долгосрочном периоде. Кривая средних долгосрочных издержек обычно изображается в виде буквы U. Вначале, благодаря экономии на масштабах, кривая издержек идет вниз по мере роста объемов производства, однако затем возникает отрицательный эффект масштаба, и кривая издержек начинает быстро подниматься вверх. Однако данные статистического анализа издержек говорят о том, что в большинстве отраслей кривая имеет L-образную форму (кривая средних долгосрочных издержек представляет собой горизонтальную линию). Рост национального дохода увеличивает спрос на деньги для сделок и может также способствовать увеличению спроса на деньги для непредвиденных целей.
